PET Zero halogen heat shrink film is a flexible, halogen-free, environmentally friendly tubing that provides protection up to 125°C. Since the heat shrink is halogen-free, it is ideal for use in settings where safety is of utmost importance, particularly when there is a possibility of fire or overheated electrical circuits. This heat shrink produces less smoke and less dangerous fumes when it burns or overheats.

PET Zero Halogen Heat shrinkable tubing is a polymer material and conforms to the requirements of environmental protection. The product is free of heavy metal such as Pb, Hg, Cd etc and also free of halogen.

PET heat shrinkable tubing is widely used in electronic components such as an aluminium electrolytic capacitors, batteries and also used as a packing application in the fields of chemicals, machinery, foods, agriculture, light textile, bottle capping and so on.

Characteristics of PET Zero Halogen Heat Shrink: 

• Excellent resistance to weathering, heating and cracking between temperatures -40°C to 125°C.

• PET heat shrink tube is insulating, moisture proof and most importantly environmentally friendly

• By customizing the expanded ID, we are able to reduce the longitudinal shrinkage. Current capabilities range from the wall thickness of 0.002" to 0.008" and Lay-Flat widths of 0.2" to 12".
