Harnessflex® Fast-Fit Type C90 90° Elbow Fitting
Harnessflex Fast-Fit Type C90 90° Elbow waterproof conduit fitting is a unique and innovative solution for providing maximum cable protection with effortless installation when interfacing unsplit conduit with a bulkhead or other flat surface. Simply push and rotate the conduit firmly into the fitting and connect to a bulkhead via the male thread and nut.

Harnessflex® Fast-Fit uses a sophisticated moulding process to mould an internal conduit seal and a face seal washer. This makes installation times very fast, and extremely reliable, because the seals cannot be left out. The conduit system also benefits from the highest IP rating possible.
Until now, manufacturers have produced fittings and seals separately, and assembled them together, or had the customer assemble them. This increases assembly time and introduces the possibility for errors. With the new Fast-Fit range this is a thing of the past. Combining an over-moulded elastomer into the body of the fitting has enabled a one-piece design, sealing around both the conduit and against the mounting surface. This provides quicker and easier installation compared with previous fittings whilst still providing high levels of waterproofing and mechanical protection, and minimising assembly errors
