HILFLEX Heat Reflective Sleeving. Aluminium, Silicone Coated Glass Braided Sleeving

HRS is a heat-reflective Sleeve made of a braided E-Glass coated material. Tried and tested in the construction of Wiring Harnesses, more specifically in Motor Vehicles this HRS is the perfect sleeve to protect against over-heating.

Composition / Properties:

• Max short term temperature: 250°C.
• HILFLEX-HRS insulating sleevings offer a high degree of flexibility over a wide temperature range.
• HILFLEX-HRS is a heat reflective sleeving made of braided "E"-glass coated with silicone elastomer filled with a special inorganic reflective compound.

Application:

• HILFLEX-HRS sleevings are used extensively in the construction of wiring harnesses for use in motor vehicle.
• HILFLEX-HRS can be employed to provide both primary and secondary insulation and to protect cables and other components from radiated heat.
