HYPERFOIL is used for the protection of heat-sensitive components from both radiant and conductive heat sources. The outer aluminium maintains a highly reflective finish with the inner layer of woven glass fibre offering significant thermal insulation. Approved and utilised in such prestigious products as Aston Martin.

It is made from of a metal aluminium foil laminated to a silicone elastomer-impregnated woven fibre glass fabric which helps to protect against high-temperature zones such as exhaust systems.

HYPERFOIL has been used as heat shielding for forges & ovens within a prominent BAE Global Combat Systems Munitions sector, Shielding against temperatures up to a peak of 1,200ºC

The flexible nature of HYPERFOIL G10AL25-SP allows is to be applied as a wrap or sleeve to cover and protect complex-shaped components.
