These Printed High Vibration Cable Ties help to control the risk of excessive exposure to Hand-Arm vibration (HAVS) using an industry recognised colour coded system. 

These cable ties are tough, durable and flexible and easily attach to tools to provide a long-lasting and simple identification solution. 

Used in conjunction with current risk assessments, these ties can assist with legal obligations set out in The Control of Vibration at Work Regulations, CoVaWR 2005.

Colour Codes:

Green For low vibration risk equipment BELOW 5 M/S2 that can be used throughout an 8-hour shift intermittently with little risk

Orange for tools between 5-10m/s2 which can be used for up to two hours before reaching the limit for ELV exposure

Red for tools with vibrations ABOVE 10 M/S2
