Designed for use with various machinery, our Pre Feeding machine is recommended for use with reels up to a total maximum weight up to 50KG.
Our Pre Feeder is a separate standalone unit, with independent controls ensuring great cross-compatibility with a range of processing machinery. The pre feeder is designed with a control arm to ensure sufficient slack in the substrate is created, ensuring minimum pulling tension is required on the processing machinery.
Similarly, the control arm ensures that whilst the substrate is not too tight, there is also not too much slack which could cause entanglements.
